The joint (1) has a joint cross formed by a separate component, and cross arms (7a, 7d) shifted in a circumferential direction and projecting away from the joint cross. U-shaped designed joint yokes (8, 9) are formed by the separate component and arranged on opposite sides of the joint cross in an installed condition. The joint yokes intervene with fork arms (8a, 9a, 9b), which are assigned to the cross arms. The assigned cross arms and the fork arms are connected with each other by elastic flexible resilient connecting elements such as spring steel plates (14a, 14b).
