Computer-aided navigation device for detecting position of object e.g. calibrating-phantom, has coordination system attached to orientation device having reference unit, where image markers are arranged within volume image
The device has an orientation device (ME) comprising a reference unit with tracking markers, and a coordination system (K4) attached to an operation instrument (OPI), where the tracking markers are formed as optical markers. The orientation device has another reference unit with image markers (RM) e.g. X-ray markers, where a fixed correlation is formed between the reference units. Another coordination system (K3) is attached to the orientation device, where the image markers are arranged within a volume image (VB). An independent claim is also included for a method for computer-aided navigation with a tracking system.
