The method involves assigning an end-user computer (6) to an end-user, where the end-user-computer is communicated with a central station (2) i.e. service-or call center, via an internet (4). The end-user computer is designed at a central station computer (3) of the central station for recording, signal-and/or video transmission of end user data in a synchronous transmission mode. An asynchronous transmission mode is provided additional to the synchronous transmission mode for time-delayed transmission of end-user data, where the transmission modes are adjusted in a selective manner. An independent claim is also included for a system for implementing the method for tele-medical assistance of end users via the central station.
