A fixative (2) for fixing two objects together, consisting of a mixture of an aerobic adhesive (4) and a hydrophilic substance, in accordance with , in which the adhesive (4) is in the form of a fire-proofing silicone or a high-temperature silicone. An independent claim is included for a method for fixing an object onto a substrate by mixing the components of the fixative (2), applying a layer of (2) to the substrate and then pressing the object onto the layer of fixative (2), in which the aerobic adhesive (4) is then hardened by the moisture in the hydrophilic component.
