The set has a milling shaft (1) with a milling cutter (3) for cutting a natural caput femoral head up to a column intersection, contouring a joint socket position (7) and processing a column femoral head or a caput-femoral head-remaining section to receive threaded bolts. Implant joint caps are screwed with the bolts. A tribological pairing is formed by a joint socket and the caps to rotate the socket in an optimally detected rotation center (15) and to fix and secure the caps above a column drill hole by a screw bolt combination. A polyethylene inlay is provided for an implant joint-head.
