The method for the evaluation of disinfection and/or sterilization process through the determination of resistance of microbiological materials against a disinfection- and/or sterilization medium used in the disinfection- and/or sterilization process, comprises arranging indicator objects or samples in the form of carrier substrate inoculated with the microbiological material, on an object carrier (6) of a testing device, introducing in a treatment area of the testing device and then treating over a given or selected treatment time with the disinfection- and/or sterilization medium. The method for the evaluation of disinfection and/or sterilization process through the determination of resistance of microbiological materials against a disinfection- and/or sterilization medium used in the disinfection- and/or sterilization process, comprises arranging indicator objects or samples in the form of carrier substrate inoculated with the microbiological material, on an object carrier (6) of a testing device, introducing in a treatment area of the testing device, treating over a given or selected treatment time with the disinfection- and/or sterilization medium and then subsequently subjecting to a microbiological analysis for the determination of microorganisms. The carrier substrates of the sample from the material of the packaging means used in filling- or packing process or surfaces within a plant are produced under use of packing means for the evaluation of disinfection- and/or sterilization process so that the sample is immersed at the object carrier with a motorically driven transport system of the testing device for the treatment with the disinfection- and/or sterilization medium in a temperature control bath containing the medium in fluid form. The motoric transport system is received from the bath after the expiration of the treatment time with the object carrier. The sample is subjected after the treatment with the disinfection- and/or sterilization medium at the object carrier held with the inactivation medium and is moved after the treatment with the transport system at a reception position for the reception for subsequent microbiological analysis. The microbiological material is subjected as a suspension containing the material on the carrier substrate for the provision of the sample, through spraying, pipetting and/or spin-coating. The samples are treated for the termination of the treatment with the disinfection- and/or sterilization medium with a fluid inactivation medium through immersion of the sample contained in the object carrier with the transport system in a bath containing the fluid inactivation medium. The carrier substrate of the sample consists of glass, aluminum, stainless steel, plastic, cardboard, paper and/or nonwoven. The carrier material of the sample is plate-, strip- or disc-shaped carrier material. The carrier substrate of the sample in its base material and/or shape corresponds a part area of the packaging means or the surface of the machine interior area. The bath formed from the disinfection- and/or sterilization medium is annealed at +- 1[deg] C and a defined flow is produced in the bath. The samples are held in a group on an object carrier. The samples are oriented during the immersing and/or interchanging in the and/or from the disinfection- and/or sterilization medium and/or inactivation medium with its surface sides having microbiological material, in vertical direction. The disinfection- and/or sterilization medium is aqueous solution. The portion of the disinfection- and/or sterilization medium are obtained from hydrogen peroxide, peracetic acid, oil, anolyte solution, catholyte solution, chlorine-containing aqueous solution, alcohol, chlorine dioxide-containing aqueous solution, ozonised water, hypochlorite-containing solution, sodium hydroxide and organic and/or inorganic acid. The aqueous solution consists of a mixture of two of materials named as disinfection- and/or sterilization medium. An independent claim is included for a testing device for the evaluation of disinfection and/or sterilization process.
