The mechanism (16) has a set of rectangular conductors (24) braced by impregnating resin that comprises nano-particles, where the impregnating resin is cyclo-aliphatic epoxy resin or silicone resin. Outer and end corona shielding devices (30, 32) are provided at a top side of the mechanism and comprised of lacquer or resin. The shielding devices are designed as bands, where the nano-particles comprise silicon dioxide, alumina, titanium oxide, sulfate, lithopone, aluminum nitride, silicon carbide or soot. The conductors are surrounded by an insulating tape (26) and formed by mica tapes (28).
