The device has a two-part assembly including a cylindrical base body (1) with a recess formed corresponding to a size of a key hole of a value cabinet in a bottom part. A conical cap (2) is placed over the base body, and is rotated clockwise at 90 degrees, where present value of a two-way lock cabinet is completely covered. The base body is connected with a door (3). An edge of the base body includes a segment, which is engaged behind another segment of the cap. A cross-hole is formed in the base body, and is drilled with a transverse hole in the cap.
