The device (1) has a nozzle (2) provided with openings (3) and mounted in a casing (4) that is provided with openings (5). A space (9) is formed between the nozzle and the casing and provided with bodies (6), where introduced steam/water mixture flows through the openings of the nozzle, around the bodies and through the openings of the casing. The bodies comprise granite stones, quartz stones or high-grade steel parts such as screws, nuts or balls, where a surface of cross sections of the openings of the nozzle corresponds to a surface of cross section of a steam inlet (7).
