The center has an administration- and/or supply structure provided at a front side of a storeroom (2). A modular system has a base module (1) anchored at a base (14) and a mobile partial module detachably attached to the base. A coupling (9) for engaging and positioning of the partial module and supply- and removal lines are provided at and/or in front of a front side (4) of the base module. The supply- and removal lines are coupled with connections of the partial module. A gate drive (5) and/or a docking device for a lorry are attached to a front court (7). The supply- and waste removal lines are sewage-, fresh water- and gas systems, heat-supply systems, ventilation systems, power systems, and/or building automation systems.
