The method involves automatically demolishing a molding body (5) after a pre-determined setting time of concrete (3), where the molding body is formed of frozen fluid. The molding body is blocked by a pin that is arranged on an upper side of a core base (2). The molding body is provided with a flexible protection sleeve. The molding body is sectioned or milled out from a frozen block, and blocked on the core base using magnets, where a trapping funnel (6) for a dew medium is arranged under the core base. Air supply line (7) and a suction line (8) are attached to the trapping funnel. An independent claim is also included for a device for manufacturing profiled concrete or steel concrete parts.
