The system has a contact system (4) switched-on using a relay, during receiving of an alarm signal by a motion detector (5). A cam of the contact system, which is fixed on a wall of a motor, is pressed on micro-switches to switch-on a mobile telephone (7) and cassette-player (6). The mobile telephone transmits information about releasing of alarm in a gated zone to an occupant. The mobile telephone and the cassette-player are switched-off, after transmission of information. The cassette-player transmits text in form of a sound-information to the mobile telephone using a head set.
