The device and process for restoration of asphalt roads, cycle paths and foot path mark up, comprise removing tears, blow holes and root departures by heating of original street coatings using heaters with vertical microwaves, arranged with variable depth adjustment mounted on a driving vehicle with corresponding power supply. A defective asphalt covering is smoothened in a required depth of the cover to form a closed, homogeneous and thick asphalt cover of original street coating. The pedestrian ways are repaired by microwave asphalt technology. The device and process for restoration of asphalt roads, cycle paths and foot path mark up, comprise removing tears, blow holes and root departures by heating of original street coatings using heaters with vertical microwaves, arranged with variable depth adjustment mounted on a driving vehicle with corresponding power supply. A defective asphalt covering is smoothened in a required depth of the cover to form a closed, homogeneous and thick asphalt cover of original street coating. The pedestrian ways are repaired by microwave asphalt technology. The penetration of water into tears and holes is prevented to avoid heavy frost damages. The indefinable root work is effected under or in the asphalt layer as far as it does not offend against the environmental law. The restoration process is carried out by transportable microwave. The device is mounted on a road construction vehicle that is equipped with a drive for forward- and backward trip in order to produce aggregate with sufficient energy capacity to current for the microwave. Drive units are mounted on the vehicle for the microwave and are operated by a drive. The process is carried out in such a way that it requires no new street cover material, asphalt or tar layer so that the damages such as blow holes and tears of the street cover or other asphalt areas are heated through microwave irradiation so that asphalt of the street cover is smoothed and liquefies itself according to energy effect to a soft consistency or also to the light fluid condition. The asphalt in the area is connected together and is fused in the depth. A new asphalt layer is applied in conventional manner, where the lower layer is coldly applied. The road surface is smoothed in the blow holes or tears and/or missing pieces in the street cover and suffices the addition of slight quantities of cool asphalt mixture that is smelt in a blow hole or tear so that no repair spots emerge through heating of the asphalt cover. The side edge is secured under certain circumstances so that the asphalt flows on the way side and/or the edges are heated over the microwave. The controlling of the microwave is carried out by the driver and/or passenger, who is movable in a conscience area and is driven according to strength and consistency of the asphalt cover, where a third of the margins or side edges is controlled and protected, when it is made by a lane. The broken asphalt streets are heated in microwave. A closed tar cover with 6-8 cm diameter is heated at 800 W and then cooled so that the surface is stable and not cracked. A technical equipment is used for the process based on size and strength of the microwave, the current consumption and current production in mean time, according to street size and state.
