The arrangement (10) has a pot-like inner housing (16) provided with a peripheral wall (22) and a bottom wall (24). A flow area (28) for fluid to be heated is formed between the inner housing and a pot-like outer housing (14). A set of heat transfer ribs (36) is provided in an area of an inner side of the peripheral wall of the inner housing turned away from the fluid flow area. The ribs extended in peripheral direction and in direction of a housing longitudinal axis (L). The heat transfer ribs are arranged at a ring-like peripheral wall (40) by a plastic deformation.
