The cabin has a cabin wall exhibiting a sandwich structure in sections, and a core structure (42) lying between covering layers (38, 40). The core structure exhibits a trigger area (44), where structural strength of the core structure is smaller than outside of the trigger area in a thickness direction (46) of the sandwich structure. Compression strength in the trigger area is smaller than outside of the trigger area. The covering layers are approximately parallel to each other and made of a fiber-reinforced plastic material. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle comprising a cabin.
