The belt (1) has a belt base part (10) provided with closing sections (2) at each end for loosening and connection of ends for fastening the belt by a user. A back section (4) is arranged between the closing sections. The back section lies at back of a user, during utilization of the belt. The belt base part comprises a pocket section (3) that is arranged between the closing sections and the back section, where a pocket (20) that is accessible from back is arranged in the pocket section. The pocket lies lateral to the user, during utilization of the belt.
