The device has a monitoring electronic circuit provided for interference of power supply network and a redundant, failure secure control circuit (20), which is designed for software-guided controlling of a separation switch device (11) i.e. air gap switch. The control circuit is provided with a real time clock, and a software comprises a program part, which enables switching-on and switching-off the separation switch device in time controlled manner based on signals of the real time clock. The real time clock is brought in signal transmission connection with a central control unit.
