The closing device has a pivoted lever (310a) coupled with a crankpin (308), and another pivoted lever (313b) with a coupling element intervened in a recess in the former pivoted lever, so that rotation of the former pivoted lever around a rotation axis (312a) causes rotation of the latter pivoted lever around another rotation axis (312b). A set of closing bars (320) is arranged at the pivoted levers such that the bars are shifted to translatory movement by pivoted movement of the pivoted levers to lock a rotating rack by interference into a respective closing latch. An independent claim is also included for a rotating rack comprising an actuator.
