The tubular micro reactor system comprises sensor modules (6a, 6b), whose components are used for continuous detection of physical-chemical size or concentration profiles in different zones of the reactor for process optimization and product yield through the integration of chemical and/or physical sensors. The reactor passes directly into the sensor module and the material content of the reactor is continuously pumped. Biotransformation and fermentation are carried out by the micro reactor system. The electrochemical microsensors or planar sensors are present on the pipe wall of the reactor. The tubular micro reactor system comprises sensor modules (6a, 6b), whose components are used for continuous detection of physical-chemical size or concentration profiles in different zones of the reactor for process optimization and product yield through the integration of chemical and/or physical sensors. The reactor passes directly into the sensor module and the material content of the reactor is continuously pumped. Biotransformation and fermentation are carried out by the micro reactor system. The electrochemical microsensors or planar sensors are present on the pipe wall of the reactor in order to impede the transport of materials in the reactor. The sensors are incorporated into the sensor module in dead volume free-manner. The sensory measurements are simultaneously carried out in-situ at the positions of the reactor. The modular integrated sensors work in amperometric or potentiometric manner and also in other electrochemical and/or physical principles. The entire structure including incubation vessel (2) with stirrer (3) and pump (4) is present in a thermostated housing (1).
