The cover (1) has a damping element (4) arranged between a frame (2) and a closure element (5) such that mechanical forces are damped in the cover. A separative element (7) is circulatingly arranged at an outer side of the cover. The separative element prevents a fixed connection with adjacent building materials (8). The separative element comprises a paint coating applied on an outer surface of the cover. The damping element is made of elastomer, soft plastic and rubber, and the frame comprises cast irons. The closure element is made of concrete.
