The system comprises an oscillatory steel pin element with a disk which is firmly mounted in an adaptor. A support disk is provided with a vibration motor and a diffusing screen, where the oscillatory steel pins rotate the support disk perpendicular to an optical axis. A screw head is fixed on the diffusing screen-support disk.
