The robot has a self-driving rigid housing (1) including a lower surface (2) detachably connected with a cleaning cloth (3) in a destructive-free manner. The housing is defined by a linearly running guidance surface (4) at an outer peripheral side. The guidance surface is outwardly protruded from the cleaning cloth. The cleaning cloth is flexibly formed in an area (5) in which the cloth outwardly protrudes from the guiding surface. The cloth is circular, and the guidance surface is projected outwardly in a radial direction. The housing is formed as regular polygon or hexagon. The housing is made of a polymer material.
