The unit has a tube comprising a fixing retainer (80) with a winding for replacement hoses (25). The retainer and the tube comprises a sufficient large diameter to guide the replacement hoses with an connection adapter from a rod conical point so that adapter sided ends of the replacement hoses are freely protruded from grip-sided ends of an inoculation tube, after guiding and fixation of the replacement hoses. A hollow chamber is formed between a gripping piece (50) and the tube and filled with air, fluid and gel.
