The heating device for casting molds, ingot mold or other forming surface of pressure casting plant, comprises a heat source (1), a heat dosing- and distribution device (11) and a temperature regulator (4), where the heat source is infrared radiator, which is arranged inside of the mold and is mounted in interval to the forming areas. The interval is determined through the temperature of the forming surfaces. A regulator having infrared sensors is used for controlling the temperature. The temperature of the upper surface of the mold is detected over infrared sensors in contact-less manner. The heating device for casting molds, ingot mold or other forming surface of pressure casting plant, comprises a heat source (1), a heat dosing- and distribution device (11) and a temperature regulator (4), where the heat source is infrared radiator, which is arranged inside of the mold and is mounted in interval to the forming areas. The interval is determined through the temperature of the forming surfaces. A regulator having infrared sensors is used for controlling the temperature. The temperature of the upper surface of the mold is detected over infrared sensors in contact-less manner. The infrared radiators and the sensors are arranged on a common support (5). The heating device is movably formed in relation to the casting mold, where the movement is combined with the opening and closing of the mold. The movement of the heating device is combined with the movement of a spraying device. The infrared radiators are switched-on and switched-off over a heat dosing- and distribution device. The desired temperatures for the temperature controlling are provided as process temperature in a tempering device, and the intensity of the infrared radiator is regulatable in dependent upon the actual temperature determined by the infrared sensors. The heat distribution is controllable in the mold halves over inserting the mold halves that have another thermal diffusivity than the remaining form material.
