The frame (1) has side bars (5-8) of side parts (3, 4) pivotably connected with each other by pivot bearings (19, 20). Supports (11, 12) for receiving an unwinding rod (13) are arranged at the side parts below the pivot bearings. Two horizontal rods (14, 15) are fixedly connected with the side bars below the supports. A cutting rail (18) in form of an upwardly slotted rectangular profile is arranged at a head end of the side bars for horizontally guiding a cutter. Another unwinding rod (10) is inserted above the pivot bearings in a V-shaped extension region of the side bars.
