摘要

The method involves winding multiple fiber layers over single or multi-part core (10) in radial braiding process. A plastic resin is injected and cured in the core, which is removed in a partial manner. A metallic reinforcement insert (14) is integrated in a fiber composite part (12) at a load critical point (12a). The insert is held in a position by magnets (16) that are inserted in the core. Core layers are made of polyurethane foam and connected with each other in detachable manner by plug connection, before winding. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for implementing the method for manufacturing the fiber composite part (2) a fiber composite part that is manufactured using the method.
