The device (5) has a sensor i.e. airborne sound microphone, with a portion that is connected with a portion of an actuator i.e. piezoelectric transducer. The sensor is electrically connected with an electronic processing unit (10) for amplifying an electrical signal, where the processing unit is connected with the actuator for controlling the actuator. A decoupling unit decouples mechanical reactions of the actuator on the sensor, and generates an effect opposite to the effect of the actuator on the sensor, such that the effect of the actuator on the sensor is suppressed. The piezoelectric transducer is made from ceramics, crystal, foils or foams.
