Force discharging sections (7) are formed at extensions (8) of the attachment arms for moving the attachment arms, where the frame is formed in a tube-shape. A recess (16) is formed in the fastening area for accommodating a fastening screw (15), where the brake is made of a fiber composite material and a polymer resin embedded reinforcement fiber such carbon fiber, aramid fiber and glass fiber.
