Molded body (I), produced by a rotational treatment, comprises a rotationally symmetrical shaped, cationized textiles or paper-like, water resistant textile fabric, and a water-soluble, dispersible or colloidally distributable binder. An independent claim is included for producing (I), comprising wet-strengthening and cationizing a textile or paper-like textile fabric, and mixing the textile fabric with a binder by processing in an apparatus for providing rotationally symmetric shape and drying.
