The method involves placing an individually designed channel negative (7) on an inner cap, where the inner cap (4) serves as a mold core. A flat or slightly inclined surface with bulging elongated area is provided which forms the channel. The channel negative is individually prepared as foam- or foamed polystyrene part. A prefabricated concrete mixture is filled in the mold and the molded manhole bottom part is formed. An independent claim is also included for a device for manufacturing a manhole bottom from concrete with individual channels.
