Producing a protein-rich biomass made of vegetable raw or residual materials, comprises: (i) producing or holding a liquid biomaterial (1); (ii) optimizing the liquid biomaterial by enriching with supplements (2); (iii) carrying out aerobic treatment of the optimized biomaterial (3) in a bioreactor, (iv) separating the obtained biomass in the bioreactor in the permeate and retentate using micro-filtration, microflotation, separation, centrifugation or sedimentation; (v) recirculating the permeate in the bioreactor; and (vi) providing the retentate in the form of a protein-rich biomass. Producing a protein-rich biomass made of vegetable raw or residual materials, comprises: (i) producing or holding a liquid biomaterial (1), which comprises plant raw or residual materials in varying concentrations; (ii) optimizing the liquid biomaterial by enriching with supplements (2), namely ammonium and/or algae, oils and fat as a food source for microorganisms; (iii) carrying out aerobic treatment of the optimized biomaterials (3) in a bioreactor, where external heat (4), atmospheric oxygen (5) and fresh water are added and the reaction is carried out at 20-35[deg] C, (iv) separating the obtained biomass in the bioreactor using aerobic reaction in the permeate and retentate using micro-filtration, microflotation, separation, centrifugation or sedimentation; (v) recirculating the permeate in the bioreactor for further treatment or discharging of the same from the process; and (vi) providing the retentate in the form of a protein-rich biomass for direct material recycling or after drying, mixing and pelleting.
