The device has a semiconductor component e.g. LED (2) and diode laser, at which a stage-index optical fiber (1) or a light conductor having a light entry surface is engaged. The light entry surface exhibits a convex form, a conical form, combination of the convex form and the conical form or an aspheric form. The optical fiber possesses a convex surface with radius of 1 mm, where outer diameter of the optical fiber is 1.5 mm. Rays of light (4) cross the optical fibers with different heights at same angle and is released from the optical fiber at the same angle.
