The rotor (4) has lamellas (5) arranged one above the other at a lamella package (6), and pockets (7) material-fittingly formed in the lamella package by a connecting material e.g. adhesive and soldering material for accommodating permanent magnets. The lamella package is provided with a recess (12) for inserting the connecting material such that flow channels for the connecting material are formed in recesses between the permanent magnets and the lamella package. A storage channel (14) is axially formed in the rotor. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a rotor.
