A gear (8) fixes a pet animal at the wheel, and a water container is used as a counter weight (10) for relieving weight and joints of the pet animal. A deflection pulley (9) attaches the counter weight to the gear, where the wheel is operated as a motor or generator, and a supporting frame is foldable.
