A method of producing a grease composition by which a non-fluorine-based base oil containing a thickener and a fluorine-based base oil containing a thickener can be dispersed homogeneously and reliably. A mixture of a non-fluorine-based base oil containing a first thickener and a fluorine-based base oil containing a second thickener is subjected to homogenization treatment at a shear rate of 150 s or more, thereby forming a morphology structure in which either Base oil on non-fluorine base or the base oil on fluorine base in the form of particles with an average particle size of 25 microns or less is homogeneously dispersed in the other base oil.
