Composition comprises: (a) diaminediamide long-chain carboxylic acids (40-90%); (b) diamine monoamide long-chain carboxylic acids (0-10%); (c) basic reaction products of dialkyldiamines, polyamines and/or alkanolamines and long-chain carboxylic acids (0-20%); (d) free long-chain carboxylic acids (0-20%); and (e) optionally partial esters of glycerol and long chain carboxylic acids (0-20%), where the amount of (b) and (c) is sufficiently high to achieve an amine value of 10, and the amount of (d) is sufficiently high to achieve an acid number of = 10.
