The device (1) has a magnetically polarized armature (15) subjected to magnetic field of a current coil (14) i.e. moving coil, and a pot-shaped magnetic yoke (19). A spring (18) acts upon the armature against direction of action of the magnetic field produced by reverse current. The current coil, the magnetic yoke, the armature and the spring are formed in an arrangement of a usual magnet trigger by switching devices. The armature is operatively connected with an actuator that is designed as an electrical switching element or a magnetic actuating element.
