The part (10) has sleeves (15) connected with a front portion (11) and a back portion and designed as a resilient arm sleeve (16) i.e. raglan sleeve, resting against the arm so that compression pressure is exerted on the arm during wearing the part. The arm sleeve is seamlessly made of a knitted or worked tubular textile part. The arm sleeve is adapted to a shape of the arm such that produced compression pressure is constant over whole length of the sleeves. The front and back portions compression-freely rest against breast and/or spine, respectively during wearing the part.
