The system has a supercharger comprising a turbine, a compressor and/or a fan. The compressor compresses and/or conveys gas supplied from a fuel cell. A control device and/or housing of the turbine, a turbine wheel, a compressor wheel (1), and a rotor of the turbine and the fan are provided with a protective coating (3) and made of aluminum, magnesium, titanium, fiber reinforced plastic or ceramic. The compressor and/or the fan is driven by an electric drive, where the turbine is supplied with exhaust gas of the fuel cell. The coating consists of nickel, chromium or cobalt.
