The arrangement (1') has a key button (2) with a key cap (3), where a shaft element (4) i.e. hollow pipe, extends away from a key cap. The shaft element comprises an elastically resilient locking element (6), which cooperates with a shaft guide element (5) for protection against loosening of the button from the guide element against a key operation direction. A safety element (15) e.g. clasp element, is arranged at the shaft element to permanently inhibit the locking element from moving into a release position in a release direction. The locking element is designed as a spring tongue, latching hook or spring pin.
