An arm (32) of another u-shaped cutting bracket (30) is displaceably supported along a base (22) of the former bracket, where another arm of the latter bracket is fixed opposite to the former arm of the latter bracket. A base (38) of the latter bracket is extended between the arms of the latter bracket. Another electrically heatable cutting wire (46) is tensed between free ends of the arms of the latter bracket.
