Method for slowing down printed paper sheet, during placing of sheet in paper stack in sheet deliverer of sheet rotation printing machine, involves generating force by effect of sound levitation via vibrator that is designed as piezo-film
The method involves transporting a printed paper sheet (8) by a gripper system (9). The sheet is released from the system in an area of a paper sheet deliverer stack. Suction force is produced by a suction device in a sheet brake (1). Force (6) that is directed against suction force (7) is exerted on the sheet so that the sheet is maintained at distance to a surface of the brake. The force is generated by the effect of sound levitation via a vibrator (3), which is designed as an ultrasonic transducer, piezo-film, magneto- or electrical resistive material films, metal or plastic sheets. An independent claim is also included for a device for slowing down the printed paper sheet.
