The precast concrete part comprises a component made of high-tensile concrete, and forms the segments (3) with a cross coupling force in a joint by the corresponding geometrically shaped joint formation with subsequent grouting. The geometry contains an inner curb (4), and results in an elevation against the outer ring road with the sloping edge. An independent claim is also included for a method for constructing a traffic circle with reinforced concrete ring segments.
