The method for producing a reinforcement matrix for a plastic part, comprises arranging two semi-finished product consists of a fibrous material partially overlapped, and connecting together in the overlap region to the reinforcing matrix. A binder material is applied on one of the both semi-finished product or both semi-finished product in its overlap region. Both semi-finished products are be bonded and/or matted together by activating the binder material by an ultrasonic device. The binder material is applied on a side of the semi-finished products. The method for producing a reinforcement matrix for a plastic part, comprises arranging two semi-finished product consists of a fibrous material partially overlapped, and connecting together in the overlap region to the reinforcing matrix. A binder material is applied on one of the both semi-finished product or both semi-finished product in its overlap region. Both semi-finished products are be bonded and/or matted together by activating the binder material by an ultrasonic device.
