The system (10) has a frame (20) supported in an azimuthal direction, and multiple panel axles (42) supported in a carrier (30) in a rotatable manner. The axles are supported such that a tilting angle of a solar panel (40) is adjustable against a horizontal line. A mechanical coupler (41) of the panel axles is designed as a form-fit traction unit drive (50) that is motor-propelled in a direct and indirect manner. The drive is designed as toothed wheel- or chain drives. The frame has a bearing (21) that is rotatable in an azimuthal angle and designed as a rotary bearing (22).
