The unit has an annular gap (1), a suction region (2) and an open portion (3) designed as a water-operated vacuum pump with 360 degree rotatable control nozzle. A suction side of the vacuum pump is designed as a rotatable control nozzle outlet (5) and a jet pipe (11). A drive (9) and a propeller (4) are arranged in equal axis as the annular gap. Driving power is produced by the drive e.g. electromotor, hydraulic motor and internal combustion engine. An outer housing (12) is formed as single-piece construction from appropriate material and connected with an inner collet (13).
