The portable washing apparatus is manufactured in varying sizes, and has a turbulator element (1) connected to an electric pump (3). A container of variable sizes is placed at the center of the inner space to provide a washing liquid with household laundry. Direct suction and immediate whirling discharge of the washing liquid is carried out from the turbulator element. A washing vessel is mounted on a frame with support legs, and possesses washboard-like formations at the inner wall of the container.
