The board (1) has a bottom chord plate (3) extending in a longitudinal direction of the board, and a lower chord plate (2) extending parallel to the bottom chord plate. The plates exhibit a multi-layer structure in an elevation direction of the board. The plates are joined in a distanced manner using bars (8, 9) of pre-determined dimensions. The bars are arranged between longitudinal layers (11-14) of respective plates along the direction, where the layers face each other. Plastic channels are arranged in an inner side of the board. An intermediate space (19) is filled with timber soft fiber. The bars are made of flooring timber, board-, hard fiber timbers, metallic material and chip board timber.
