The method involves designing bendable, extendable and compressible components by modification of a plastic foil. Micro capillary hoses (A) at a common supply system are fixed with clamping joists (C1, C2) via twin racks (B1, B2). Standardized supply conduits are attached at connection pieces. The micro capillary hoses are guided through the component in a common supply line via an axial bore-hole. The micro capillary hoses are closed before the casting process, and a core element is produced using a casting method.
