The cellar components (2, 3) have an outer element (4) provided with a sealant (6) at inner-side. An adjacent inner element (5) is formed as a timber structure. The timber structure includes stanchions (5.5), which are connected with a lid element and covering plates (5.6, 5.7) i.e. fiber-reinforced concrete plates. The inner element comprises a projection (5.4) at a lower confinement (5.3), and a leaf spring made from hard aerated plastic. The covering plates are in contact with the sealant. The sealant is provided with an adhesive i.e. mineral coated adhesive. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a wall arrangement comprising a gasket provided between cellar components (2) a method for manufacturing a wall arrangement.
